INITIAL CONSULTATION

We offer a site visit at your premises to gain background information as to the nature of your enquiry and to enable us to provide a accurate quotation for the supply or service of the Fire Equipment. We reserve the right to charge for this service.

SERVICE MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance Service we will provide is our standard care service, our standard care service operates during normal working hours which are 0800-1700 hours Monday to Friday, except Public or Bank Holidays.

TIME OF PERFORMANCE

When an Engineer arrives on a scheduled appointment to survey a premise or carry out a service and the appointment is not met by the client or duly authorised person, we reserve the right to charge for the abortive call and time.

GUARANTEES

If within twelve months after delivery of the goods, you give us written notice that a defect exists in such goods and if we are satisfied that such defects arose solely through faulty materials or solely from our workmanship upon installation and we are satisfied that the goods have been subject to normal use we shall make good such defects free of charge by repair or, at our option by replacement.
